Delivery Policy

• Cursor packs— delivered by email (SVG, PNG, and CUR files), typically within 1 business day of payment. After you order, we'll email a few quick questions and walk you through setup.
• AI automation packs — we reach out within 1 business day to collect what we need, then configure and hand over the automation, usually within 3–7 business days depending on the pack.

• Website builds — timelines are confirmed in your consultation. A typical 1-page site ships in days; larger builds are scheduled and milestoned. Sites are deployed to a production host with your domain.
• AI agents & brand systems — scoped and scheduled with you up front, with delivery dates set before work begins.

Where a one-time setup fee applies, it covers our hands-on help getting your product working in your environment. We'll coordinate setup by email after your order.

If anything delays your delivery, we'll let you know promptly. If you haven't received your product in the expected window, email support@newgenai.ioand we'll sort it out right away.
