Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you order. Because our products are digital and our services are custom-built, the terms below explain when refunds, revisions, and cancellations apply. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Digital products (cursor packs, AI automation packs)

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned.” As a result:

  • Sales are final once the files or configuration have been delivered to you.
  • If a product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or issue a refund for that item.
  • If you have not yet received delivery, you can cancel for a full refund.

Custom services (websites, AI agents, brand work)

  • We confirm scope and price in writing before any work begins.
  • Every project includes a revision round — if the delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope, we revise it until it does.
  • If you cancel after work has started, any amount already worked is non-refundable; unstarted, unbilled portions are not charged.
  • Deposits reserve our time and are non-refundable once work has begun, unless we fail to deliver the agreed work.

Setup fees

Where a one-time setup fee applies, it covers onboarding and configuration time. It is disclosed before you pay and is non-refundable once setup has been performed.

How to request a refund or revision

Email support@newgenai.io with your order details and what went wrong. We respond quickly and aim to resolve every request fairly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. We honor all valid refund requests under this policy.
