Terms of Service

NewGen AI LLC is a digital studio that sells ready-made digital products (animated cursor packs, AI automation packs, and workflow templates) and provides custom services (website builds, AI agent deployments, and brand/identity work). You can reach us anytime at support@newgenai.io.

We offer two categories of purchase:

• Digital products — cursor packs and AI automation packs at the prices listed on the site. These are delivered electronically.
• Custom services — website builds, AI agent deployments, and brand systems. Listed prices are starting points; the final scope and price are confirmed in writing during a consultation before any work begins.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices for digital products are shown on the product and charged at checkout. For custom services, you will receive a written quote and approve it before we begin. A one-time setup fee, where it applies, is disclosed before you pay.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details — they are handled directly by the processor under its own security standards. By paying, you authorize the charge for the agreed amount.

Digital products are delivered by email or direct handover after payment clears. Custom services are delivered per the timeline agreed in your consultation. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Because our products are digital and our services are custom-built, sales are generally final once a product is delivered or work has begun. Every order includes a revision round: if the delivered work does not match what we agreed on, we will fix it. Full details and any exceptions are in our Refund Policy.

On full payment, you receive the deliverables (e.g., cursor files, automation configuration, website source) with a commercial license to use them in your own business and client work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and methods, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

You agree not to use our products, services, or site to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• Resell or redistribute our digital products as your own standalone product;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Our products and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewGen AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
